The 2021 Vintage had wonderful warm and mild weather during flowering and bloom leading to above average yields and good fruit cluster uniformity.
This Sparkling Pinot Noir Rose´ from this vintage feature bright, tart ripe red fruits with floral notes, alongside a chalky mineral backbone and flinty orange peel aftertaste.
Wine Details
The sparkling Pe´tillent Naturel Pinot Noir Rose´ is made from the rows of vines situated alongside a giant oak forest. The vines struggle to ripen a tiny crop year in and year out because of the intrusion of the oak tree roots that climb uphill in search for water.

Yield: 2.5 tons per acre harvested by hand.

Vinification: Whole Cluster Pressed and fermented in barrel. Once the base Rose´ wine is dry it is bottled with a dosage and then a crown cap is used to seal the bottle. The sparkling wine is produced using actively fermenting yeast in bottle and therefore there is no disgorgement and the wine actively ferments in bottle with the aid of the yeasts from the dosage.
